About the Conflict Analysis Battery
Our Program
Our online emotional education program centers on usage of the Conflict Analysis Battery (CAB), a creativity based self-assessment that helps one to become conscious of the unconscious. The CAB measures the unconscious process by using two complementary instruments, a relational inventory and a set of creative exercises. While the inventory measures formal relational dimensions and psychic tension, the creativity exercises identify patterns of transforming from a conflict to its resolution. CAB is an online program, allowing users real-time feedback about their personal patterns. It offers therapeutic benefits and actionable insights, reinforced by AI interpretation. CAB is wellness-based and avoids stigmatizing labels. It is designed to be used by individuals, but can be used in conjunction with traditional therapy.
Assessment Methodology
The Conflict Analysis Battery (CAB) transforms psychological testing into an emotional education experience. It introduces a scientific model of the unconscious as a self-adjusting, moral mechanism, allowing individuals to diagnose, understand, and resolve their own conflicts. It is based on the on the Formal Theory of Behavior, an approach which uses the principles of physics to study emotional patterns. The CAB includes the Relational Modality Inventory — a structured diagnostic tool measuring patterns of emotional relating and intensity of internal conflict and a sequence of Creativity Tasks — projective exercises that reconstruct the emotional process of resolving conflict, leading from stress, to response, anxiety, defense, reversal, and compromise. Together, they reveal the emotional chain reaction of the unconscious—the measurable creative process through which human beings resolve conflicts and achieve growth. There are two CAB versions available online: The brief version includes a short relational personality inventory and one creativity task and takes 45 minutes to complete. The full version includes a full relational personality inventory and ten creativity tasks and takes 4.5 hours to complete. Both are accompanied by personalized feedback which helps contextualize your pattern and structure meaningful changes. This self-discovery process makes the CAB simultaneously educational, diagnostic, and therapeutic.
